Position Responsibilities: As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be the face of our company, interacting with clients while performing a variety of essential functions, including:

• Conducting preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity
• Troubleshooting and repairing a wide range of HVAC equipment, including:
• Rooftop Units
• Chillers and Cooling Towers
• Hot Water and Steam Boilers
• Packaged Air Conditioners
• Control Systems
• Air Handling and Fan Coil Units
• Condensers and Chilled Water Pumps
• Refrigerated Air Dryers and Air Compressors
• Exhaust Fans and Ice Machines
• Variable Frequency Drives
• Humidifiers
• Installing new HVAC systems and components
• Developing strong working relationships with clients, vendors, and coworkers
• Upholding exceptional customer service standards

Ideal Qualifications: We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in commercial HVAC service work
• Proven ability to establish rapport and maintain productive relationships
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent organizational skills
• Relevant educational background as a Journeyman in HVAC

Minimum Requirements: To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Over 18 years of age
• High School diploma or GED
• Completed an Apprenticeship Program or equivalent training
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to achieve Union Membership
