BAS Controls Sales professional in Dallas, TX.
This role centers on generating new business, developing customer-driven BAS solutions, and supporting mission-critical and commercial projects.

- Compensation: $125K–$375K OTE (Base + Commission)

Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and develop building automation opportunities with both new and existing clients.
- Perform site assessments, building performance evaluations, and client needs analysis.
- Create scope-of-work solutions aligned with ROI goals, performance requirements, and system upgrades.
- Present sales strategies, proposals, and technical benefits to executive stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle—from prospect outreach through contract negotiation and closing.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve annual revenue targets.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project teams to ensure accurate project scoping and delivery.
- Build and retain long-term customer relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience selling BAS, HVAC, energy management, or related mechanical solutions.
- Strong understanding of building automation systems and mission-critical environments.
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
- Proficient with CRM software and capable of managing detailed sales pipelines.
- Driven, self-motivated, and highly client-focused.
