A well-established Building Automation Systems (BAS) integrator in the Denver metro is seeking a skilled Controls Programmer to lead BAS programming, graphics, and system integration for commercial and institutional projects. - Salary: $80,000 – $115,000 (Based on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement BAS programming logic and graphical user interfaces (Tridium Niagara front-ends)
- Create controller and network-level databases for new construction and retrofit BAS projects
- Program and troubleshoot control logic using BACnet, LONworks, Modbus, and related open protocols
- Perform onsite programming, testing, validation, and commissioning for assigned projects
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, installers, and field technicians
- Manage the full programming lifecycle from concept design through final system commissioning
Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years of Building Automation / DDC programming experience
- Tridium N4 Certification (Required)
- Strong understanding of BAS/DDC system architecture, HVAC sequences, and integration workflows
- Experience reviewing construction drawings, wiring diagrams, and mechanical plans
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
