- Title: BAS Project Engineer
- Schedule: Hybrid (2 Days in Office / 3 Days Remote)
- Compensation: $95,000 – $120,000 Base + Bonus Incentives

Key Responsibilities
- Design and program DDC/BAS control systems used for HVAC and energy management applications
- Develop sequences of operation, wiring diagrams, and detailed project documentation
- Review vendor submittals and verify engineered bills of material for accuracy
- Produce installation packages, submittal documentation, and final as-built records
- Assist with system commissioning, graphics development, and end-user training
- Offer technical direction to internal teams, subcontractors, and client partners
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they remain on schedule and meet defined requirements
Requirements
- Experience with Building Automation or HVAC control systems
- Proficiency with programming tools (DDC, PLC, or similar automation platforms)
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or comparable engineering software
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a hybrid office/remote work model
