A rapidly expanding and well-regarded Data Center and Building Automation solutions provider is seeking a skilled Controls Specialist for its Ashburn, VA team. This position is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in BAS, SCADA, EPMS, or DCIM systems—particularly within mission-critical or high-availability environments such as data centers, healthcare, government, or large commercial facilities.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $85,000 – $135,000 (DOE)
  • Bonus: 10%–20% annual performance bonus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, commission, troubleshoot, and support BAS, SCADA, or EPMS systems in mission-critical environments
  • Integrate automation and monitoring platforms using TCP/IP, BACnet, Modbus, and related protocols
  • Commission Tridium/Niagara and proprietary controllers; adjust programming and logic sequences as needed
  • Perform device-level verification, point-to-point checkout, and functional system testing
  • Install and wire DDC controllers, sensors, relays, and control panels
  • Calibrate field sensors and end devices to ensure system performance and accuracy
