- Controls Sales Engineer
- Regulated environment and works with Fortune Top 10 Bio-Tech
- San Francisco, Bay Area, CA
- Prior experience as a Controls Sales Engineer/Outside Sales role.
- Procuring new clients and attracting new business
- Experience working closely with project vendors and bidding on projects
- Engage with contractors, engineers, and end users for Project based development
- Gather and validate project specifications, and responsibilities to ensure all the customer requirements are met
- Responsible for estimation, costs, and any equipment requirements
- Expand sales opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Develop and execute strategies for building automation services and controls products
- Collect, Assemble, and organize data for reports, presentations, or special projects
- Visit current customers and prospect new clients
- In depth knowledge of controls and HVAC Industry
