experienced Controls Installers / Electricians throughout Florida. Join a stable,

Position Details
- Title: Controls Installer / Electrician
- Location: Fort Myers, FL
- Hiring: Entry-Level, Mid-Level, and Senior Installers
- Pay: $20.00 – $40.00/hour (DOE)
- Vehicle: Company vehicle or vehicle allowance (role/region specific)
Key Responsibilities
- Install, mount, label, and wire BAS panels, controllers, relays, sensors, and field devices
- Pull, route, and terminate low-voltage control cabling for new and retrofit systems
- Assist technicians and programmers during system startup and commissioning
- Read, interpret, and follow electrical schematics and control wiring diagrams
- Maintain safe work practices and adhere to electrical codes, jobsite rules, and standards
- Document installation work, update as-builts, and maintain accurate redlines
Ideal Candidate
- Experience as a Controls Installer, Low-Voltage Electrician, or similar trade role
- Strong skills in conduit work, terminations, device mounting, and labeling
- Familiarity with BAS components including control panels, actuators, and sensors
- Ability to operate basic electrical test tools (multimeter, toner, tracer, etc.)
- Reliable communicator with strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout Florida as needed
