- Controls Programmer w/25% Travel
- Lakewood, CO
- Mid-Junior to Senior level w/ relevant schooling/training & 3-5+ years of industry experience
- Tridium AX/N4 Certified
- Competency in Networking TCP/IP, MSTP protocols, within Modbus, LON and BACnet applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player and self-motivated
- Program and configure custom applications from scratch or prepackaged libraries
- Strong understanding of programming, startup, and commissioning
- Ability to perform preventative & predictive maintenance on BAS systems
- Create controls databases from scratch
- Familiar with BAS communication protocols, specifically BACnet and Modbus
- Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve any issues within systems
- Ability to analyze and read schematics for BAS/BMS Controls
- Create BAS system graphics
- Manage and oversee BAS/BMS via in-office computers
- Ability to repair and replace all parts associated to the BAS/BMS
