BAS Field Controls Tech - East Bay to San Jose, CA

The company is looking to hire individuals who are either Non-Union or currently Union: Local 104, 467, 342, 393, 38, 39, and 467. 

This company has been around for a long time and is continuing to lead in the HVAC Mechanical industry and outshine competitors in the BAS industry; what sets them apart in controls is their heavy customization with unique technology builds.

POSITION:

• BAS Field Controls Tech (that will receive a Company Vehicle, Laptop, Phone, etc) 

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Have a “breath of knowledge” with a variety of controls-lines
• Prior experience in BAS Troubleshooting and DDC Programming
• Field position that is definitely customer-facing 
• Well-rounded BAS Controls Tech who has experience on the Programming and Troubleshooting side
• Troubleshoot various control systems
• Can work in a team and work independently 
• Contribute to ideas with the Service/Retrofit Team on how to troubleshoot complex situations
• PLUS - ability to create databases, review trends/alarms, commission the system

• East Bay, San Jose, and sometimes San Francisco
