Position Details:
- Title: Building Automation Service Specialist
- Location: Indianapolis, IN
- Travel: Local travel throughout the Indianapolis metro
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, inspections, and service calls
- Replace, update, and modernize existing BAS components and hardware
- Develop and program new control applications from the ground up
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software-related BAS issues
- Execute graphics updates and software enhancements
- Document service activities clearly and submit timely reports
- Maintain professional communication with customers regarding service updates
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay: $30.00 – $45.00/hr (Based on Experience)
- Bonus: 10% Quarterly Bonus (Company & Individual Performance)
- Overtime: Occasional based on workload

Ideal Candidate:
- Experience with Tridium and common BAS platforms (KMC, Siemens, Alerton, Honeywell)
- Hands-on background as a BAS technician, controls specialist, or similar role
- Strong troubleshooting ability with mechanical, electrical, and digital control systems
- Comfortable programming and commissioning BAS applications from scratch
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
