- Outside Controls Salesperson
- 50% field/meeting with customers, 50% office
- Estimating own jobs
- Preparing bids.
- Managing customers/job walks.
- Pricing.
- General understanding of mechanical prints and installations work
- Existing knowledge of controls design is a plus
- Founded over 30 years ago.
- 25+ Employees
- Clients include: Commercial, Government, Hotel Management, Property Management Groups.
- Both Owner Direct and Plan & Spec, Design Build.
- Retrofit is main service.
