Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced in diagnosing, servicing, and maintaining modern BAS systems
- Strong controls programming ability, including developing new logic or revising sequences
- Proficient with commissioning procedures and point-to-point verification
- Hands-on familiarity with Siemens, Honeywell, or Tridium systems preferred
- Clear, confident communicator with customers and internal teams
- Working knowledge of basic electrical systems
- Team-focused, collaborative mindset
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, program, and optimize BAS software for projects and service clients
- Support installation crews with equipment startup and system terminations
- Perform field diagnostics and troubleshooting on both new and legacy controls platforms
- Commission systems and complete point-to-point functional testing
- Provide technical expertise to ensure high-quality project outcomes and customer satisfaction
