A well-established provider of Data Center and Building Automation Solutions is seeking a BAS Controls Specialist (Mid to Senior Level) to support a dedicated, stationary data center site in Lithia Springs, GA. This is a long-term, on-site position with no required travel, offering strong stability and continued growth in a mission-critical setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Commission, configure, and troubleshoot Tridium/Niagara controllers
- Revise and enhance control sequences to improve system performance
- Support both proprietary and open BAS/BMS systems
- Perform detailed point-to-point device testing and system verification
- Integrate systems using Modbus, BACnet, and TCP/IP communication protocols
- Install DDC controllers, sensors, relays, and associated control hardware
- Assemble and wire low-voltage control panels based on engineering drawings
- Terminate low-voltage cabling and maintain accurate labeling
- Calibrate field devices for correct operation and system accuracy
- Document commissioning activities and maintain daily test logs
