BAS Controls Specialist – $85K–$135K + Bonus – Stationary Data Center Site – Lithia Springs, GA

About the Opportunity:

A well-established provider of Data Center and Building Automation Solutions is seeking a BAS Controls Specialist (Mid to Senior Level) to support a dedicated, stationary data center site in Lithia Springs, GA. This is a long-term, on-site position with no required travel, offering strong stability and continued growth in a mission-critical setting.

Position:

  • Title: BAS Controls Specialist
  • Experience Level: Mid to Senior
  • Platform Experience: All BAS platforms considered; Tridium/Niagara experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $85,000 – $135,000 (DOE)
  • Bonus: 10%–20% annual performance bonus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commission, configure, and troubleshoot Tridium/Niagara controllers
  • Revise and enhance control sequences to improve system performance
  • Support both proprietary and open BAS/BMS systems
  • Perform detailed point-to-point device testing and system verification
  • Integrate systems using Modbus, BACnet, and TCP/IP communication protocols
  • Install DDC controllers, sensors, relays, and associated control hardware
  • Assemble and wire low-voltage control panels based on engineering drawings
  • Terminate low-voltage cabling and maintain accurate labeling
  • Calibrate field devices for correct operation and system accuracy
  • Document commissioning activities and maintain daily test logs
