Key Responsibilities:
- Commission and troubleshoot Tridium/Niagara controllers; update and rewrite sequences as required
- Service and maintain both open and proprietary BAS/BMS platforms
- Perform device checkout, functional testing, and detailed system verification
- Integrate third-party systems using BACnet, Modbus, and TCP/IP protocols
- Install DDC controllers, sensors, relays, and low-voltage panels
- Wire, terminate, and configure control panels and field devices
- Label cabling according to project specifications and standards
- Calibrate sensors, actuators, and end devices to ensure accurate system operation
- Document commissioning activities, test results, and daily progress
