A leading provider of Building Automation and Data Center Services is seeking Mid- to Senior-Level BAS Controls Specialists for its Ashburn, VA location. This team supports high-performance automation solutions across mission-critical environments including data centers, commercial facilities, and healthcare systems.

  • Platforms: Any BAS platform accepted (Tridium/Niagara preferred)

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $85,000 – $135,000 (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commission and troubleshoot Tridium/Niagara controllers; update and rewrite sequences as required
  • Service and maintain both open and proprietary BAS/BMS platforms
  • Perform device checkout, functional testing, and detailed system verification
  • Integrate third-party systems using BACnet, Modbus, and TCP/IP protocols
  • Install DDC controllers, sensors, relays, and low-voltage panels
  • Wire, terminate, and configure control panels and field devices
  • Label cabling according to project specifications and standards
  • Calibrate sensors, actuators, and end devices to ensure accurate system operation
  • Document commissioning activities, test results, and daily progress
