Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, implement, and provide ongoing support for business and e-commerce solutions, contributing to enhancing user experience on customer-facing platforms. - Own the development lifecycle of software solutions—including coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and maintaining applications—while leveraging tools such as Data Cloud, CRM, Marketing Cloud, Journey Builder, and Personalization. - Enable business growth by ensuring seamless integration across various systems, including digital marketing and e-commerce platforms. - Create robust application integrations, including APIs, that enhance the functionality of client applications. - Perform comprehensive software code development, which includes writing high-quality source code, database development, and user interface design. - Utilize established software development life cycle (SDLC) standards to align with both end user and company specifications. - Ensure applications are responsive and perform exceptionally across different browsers and devices. - Evaluate the design and architecture of new system proposals to determine feasibility and assess the business impact on existing systems. - Optimize code for performance to ensure quick load times and a smooth user experience. - Provide leadership in developing technological solutions to support business needs and technical requirements for campaign builds. - Align technical implementations with the company's vision, strategy, and goals. - Mentor junior developers, offering guidance and support to foster their professional growth. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices to keep the organization at the forefront of innovation. - Collaborate cross-functionally to assist in the development and execution of long-term digital and technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications: - A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and applicable certifications are desired. - Proficient knowledge of front-end frameworks, particularly Angular. - Experience with modern web technologies, including REST, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks similar to Angular. - Familiarity with Microsoft .NET (C#/VB) and .NET Core technology stacks. - Understanding of Microsoft IIS and node.js web server technologies. - Skilled in Microsoft SQL/Transact SQL database management systems. - Experience with BaaS/PaaS cloud implementations. - Some exposure to digital marketing technologies such as web analytics, content management, and display advertising. - Proficiency with Git workflow. - Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills. - Proven experience in leading large-scale projects.

Compensation: - Salary range: $110,000 - $120,000 per year.
