BAS Controls Technician – $85K–$110K + 10% Bonus – Lithia Springs, GA (Stationary Data Center Site)
About the Opportunity:
An established HVAC, Controls, and Data Center Solutions provider is seeking a highly skilled BAS Controls Technician for a full-time, stationary data center assignment in Lithia Springs, GA. This is an on-site role supporting a mission-critical facility with minimal travel unless local workload shifts.

Position Details:
- Title: BAS Controls Technician
- Location: Lithia Springs, GA (Data Center Site)
- Travel: Minimal – occasional travel to Ashburn VA, Atlanta GA, New York NY, Minneapolis MN, Denver CO, or San Diego CA if project demands shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Commission and troubleshoot Tridium/Niagara controllers and update sequences of operation
- Service and support both proprietary and open BAS/BMS platforms
- Perform point-to-point device checkout and full system verification
- Integrate systems using Modbus, BACnet, and TCP/IP protocols
- Install DDC controllers, sensors, relays, and low-voltage control hardware
- Build, wire, and test control panels and field-mounted components
- Terminate, label, and organize low-voltage cabling
- Calibrate sensors, actuators, and field devices to ensure accuracy
- Document daily commissioning steps and log all test results
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $85,000 – $110,000 (Based on Experience)
