Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead field technicians performing HVAC and controls installation, maintenance, and service
  • Coordinate manpower and crew scheduling with project management
  • Balance work between subcontractors and internal teams for maximum efficiency
  • Verify installation layouts and field activities align with project scope and technical requirements
  • Provide on-site support, troubleshooting, and direction for installation-related challenges
  • Participate in performance reviews and mentor field personnel
  • Review control drawings, schematics, and project plans for accuracy and compliance
  • Implement continuous improvement methods to enhance field operations
  • Maintain strong attention to safety, quality standards, and customer satisfaction

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven background as a Lead Field Supervisor or similar team leadership role
  • Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems, control systems, and troubleshooting practices
  • Skilled in reading and interpreting control drawings, specifications, and technical documents
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Committed to coaching, training, and developing field technicians
