Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead field technicians performing HVAC and controls installation, maintenance, and service
- Coordinate manpower and crew scheduling with project management
- Balance work between subcontractors and internal teams for maximum efficiency
- Verify installation layouts and field activities align with project scope and technical requirements
- Provide on-site support, troubleshooting, and direction for installation-related challenges
- Participate in performance reviews and mentor field personnel
- Review control drawings, schematics, and project plans for accuracy and compliance
- Implement continuous improvement methods to enhance field operations
- Maintain strong attention to safety, quality standards, and customer satisfaction
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven background as a Lead Field Supervisor or similar team leadership role
- Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems, control systems, and troubleshooting practices
- Skilled in reading and interpreting control drawings, specifications, and technical documents
