A well-established Building Automation and Data Center technology provider is seeking a skilled Controls Specialist to support a stationary data center facility in Lithia Springs, GA. Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $85,000 – $135,000 (DOE)
- Bonus: Approx. 10%–20% performance-based

Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, commission, troubleshoot, and support BAS, SCADA, and EPMS systems in a mission-critical data center
- Work with communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and TCP/IP
- Commission Tridium/Niagara frameworks and associated controllers; refine control logic as needed
- Perform point-to-point device validation, system testing, and functional checks
- Install and wire DDC controllers, sensors, relays, and complete control panel assemblies
