• Estimator – Controls/Building Automation
RESPONSIBILITIES:

POSITION:
• Estimator – Controls/Building Automation
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to Estimate Controls jobs in Data Center and Government Projects
- Project Take-Offs, develop Bill of Materials (BOM), attend pre-bid meetings
- Assist Sales Team in configuring systems and understanding project layout
- Provide proposals/bid estimates based on project scope from large to small Building Automation System projects
- The estimates are calculated from the cost of materials, subcontractors, purchases equipment, labor, and other activities.
- Create detailed cost estimates from HVAC & DDC system sketches
- Will actively participate on submittals and RFIs
- Clientele:
- Classified Government Work / Data Centers / Hospitals / Laboratory / light Commercial work
- Reps three reputable BAS product lines.
- Controls – 80-85%; Mechanical – 15-20%
- 50 – 55 Employees
- Headquartered in Maryland
- Established 30+ years ago
- Company Vehicle – can take home (depending upon position)
