Ultimately, develop new business and account manage
Mix of Project Sales and Service Sales: Retrofit Work, Pneumatic Upgrades, Parts, Maintenance Agreements, etc.
Customer-Facing ; Visiting customers about 3-4 days a week. 1-2 days work from either the office or from home when doing office-related sales operations or account prospecting
Develop business from existing accounts (receive a handful of accounts to start)
Client-facing and will receive a few active clients right off the bat
Calling up “hunting lists/recapture lists” for prior clients
Ability to estimate most owner-direct jobs. The branch has a Controls Estimator that is helpful on large, complex jobs
