POSITION: 
	- Business Development Manager
 
LOCATION:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
	- Prior experience as a Controls Account Manager/Outside Sales role. 
 
	- Visit current customers and establish new contacts  
 
	- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and end users for Project based development
 
	- Analyze market opportunities and identify decision makers 
 
	- Gather and validate project specifications, and responsibilities to ensure all the customer requirements 
 
	- Responsible for estimation, costs, and equipment requirements 
 
	- Understanding of BAS and DDC control systems
 
	- Procuring new clients and attracting new business
 
	- Expand sales opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers
 
	- Develop and execute strategies for building automation services and controls products
