POSITION:
  • Business Development Manager
LOCATION:
  • Dallas, TX
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prior experience as a Controls Account Manager/Outside Sales role.
  • Visit current customers and establish new contacts 
  • Work closely with contractors, engineers, and end users for Project based development
  • Analyze market opportunities and identify decision makers
  • Gather and validate project specifications, and responsibilities to ensure all the customer requirements
  • Responsible for estimation, costs, and equipment requirements
  • Understanding of BAS and DDC control systems
  • Procuring new clients and attracting new business
  • Expand sales opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers
  • Develop and execute strategies for building automation services and controls products
