Compensation & Benefits:

  • Hourly Pay: $30.00 – $48.00/hr (Depending on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, test, and configure Building Automation Systems (BAS)
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and optimize existing BAS controls
  • Perform detailed point-to-point commissioning and system validation
  • Develop BAS programs from scratch and modify library-based sequences
  • Support installation teams with startup, testing, and system programming
  • Pull wire and bend conduit during installations when required
  • Communicate effectively with building owners, contractors, and operations staff
  • Work independently or as part of a collaborative team

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Controls Technician or similar controls/HVAC-related role
  • Strong understanding of BAS architecture and commissioning procedures
  • Hands-on Tridium experience required; N4 Certification strongly preferred
