- Title: BAS Project Engineer
- Schedule: Hybrid (2 Days in Office / 3 Days Remote)
- Compensation: $95,000 – $120,000 Base + Bonus Incentives

Key Responsibilities
- Design and program DDC/BAS control systems for HVAC and energy management applications
- Develop control sequences, wiring diagrams, and engineering documentation
- Review vendor submittals and validate BOMs, materials, and control components
- Create engineered submittal packages, installation documents, and as-built drawings
- Support system commissioning, graphics development, and end-user training
- Provide technical support to internal teams, subcontractors, and customers
- Manage multiple active projects, ensuring deliverables meet scope, schedule, and quality expectations
Requirements
- Experience with Building Automation, HVAC controls, or related systems
- Knowledge of DDC, PLC, or comparable programming environments
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or engineering design tools
- Strong written documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a hybrid team structure
