- Controls Technician

- Tridium N4 certified or experienced
- Well versed in point-to-point check-out and commissioning protocols
- Knowledge of communication protocol integration: BACnet, BACtalk, Modbus, etc.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot controls BAS systems
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with end users, general contractors, as well as building owners
- Familiarity working with databases
- Fundamental understanding of installation and testing of BAS systems
- Ability to program, troubleshoot, and rewrite sequences
- Founded over 30 years ago
- Service Types: Mix of retrofit, design/new construction
- Cliental: Hospitals, Federal Buildings, Museums, Universities, K-12 Schools
