A well-established mechanical, building automation, and energy solutions firm is seeking an
BAS Project Sales Representative in Denver, CO.
This role focuses on selling directly to end users—facility directors, building owners, and property teams—while developing long-term business across BAS service, retrofit, and upgrade projects.
The position offers a competitive base salary, strong commission structure, vehicle allowance, and a full benefits package.

- Commissions: OTE $150,000–$200,000 (first year)

- Experience: 5–7 years preferred (end-user sales required)

Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and develop new end-user clients in the building automation market.
- Sell directly to building engineers, property managers, executives, and facility teams.
- Own the full account lifecycle including site visits, job walks, proposal creation, and closing.
- Promote energy efficiency solutions across HVAC, controls, and lighting systems.
- Manage service agreements, retrofit proposals, and repair pricing.
- Participate in review and consultation meetings to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Strengthen existing relationships and expand client partnerships.
- Present both technical and financial value of BAS solutions to decision-makers.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced in BAS project sales or similar technical sales role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC fundamentals, BAS system design, and sequences of operation.
- Proven success selling directly to end users (not reps or distributors).
- Skilled in business development, proposal creation, and customer relationship management.
- Effective communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
What’s Offered:
