Key Responsibilities:

• Promote a comprehensive portfolio of products and services with a deep understanding of functionality, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with customers and sales representatives to accurately identify their process control and analytical instrumentation needs.
• Provide in-depth technical expertise during sales interactions, efficiently processing orders while uncovering additional sales opportunities.
• Prepare and send detailed quotations and order confirmations tailored to customer specifications.
• Navigate and build item cards in the company’s ERP system, ensuring all product details—including descriptions, pricing, vendor information, and lead times—are accurately input.
• Negotiate pricing to facilitate sales and enhance profit margins effectively.
• Support project specifications by reviewing drawings and conducting project take-offs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, creating lasting relationships by identifying issues, developing solutions, and implementing them effectively.
• Serve as an overflow support resource for sales calls as needed.
• Assist customers in using and navigating the company’s website and product catalog to ensure a seamless purchasing experience.
• Process orders received through electronic customer purchase order portals with precision and acknowledgment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Undergraduate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• A minimum of five years of experience in a related role within the industrial process marketplace.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a willingness to learn and utilize company-specific software efficiently.
• Advanced knowledge of industrial process applications and a complete understanding of the role of various stakeholders—including customers, consultants, contractors, and end-users.
