Operate in 10 Different U.S. Markets and all locations have a large Hyperscale with a large number of users
A few of their projects consist of a 200 MegaWatt in Phoenix, 200 MegaWatt in Virginia, 24 MegaWatt in Chicago, 80 MegaWatt in Portland, OR
Sites are a mix of New Construction and Legacy Technologies

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drive standardization/consistency of BAS/BMS Programming of each of the 10 different Data Center sites
Work with current Controls contractors and internal Critical Operations team members
Assist with the emergency response team and provide Controls troubleshooting
Develop/coordinate training for end-users
Great Communication and can work well with Stakeholders
Participate in Various Meetings with Internal Team Members
Ability to review Controls work completed by Controls Subcontractors and make sure the work is completed correctly
Review controls subcontractor’s sequence of operations
Ability to remote-in via VPN and make adjustments if necessary.
Ability to see the full-picture and be Client-Facing

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Cultural Fit / Personality Match – work well with team members and customers
Strong in Tridium N4 Integration
Strong understanding of Mechanical Systems (ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues)
Deep understanding of BAS Controls and a variety of environment.
PLUS - Data Centers or in DCIM Experience
