A leading Building Automation Systems integrator is seeking an experienced Controls Technician to support commercial BAS projects throughout Omaha and Lincoln, NE. Position Details:

Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years of experience as a Controls Technician or in a BAS service-oriented role
- Strong troubleshooting skills for both BAS hardware and software systems
- Able to develop, modify, and refine control sequences
- Knowledgeable in commissioning, functional testing, and point-to-point verification
- Experience with Tridium, Honeywell, Distech, EasyIO, or Siemens preferred
- Strong communication skills with clients, contractors, and internal teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and commission building automation systems
- Troubleshoot, program, and enhance BAS software—including rewriting sequences
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues
- Support equipment startup, device termination, and system integration
- Coordinate with engineering and installation teams to ensure accurate project execution
- Maintain clear communication with building owners, facility managers, and general contractors
