- Controls Operations Manager

- Prior Experience as a Controls Manager or similar position
- Supervise and support Project Managers, Engineers, and technicians
- Strong technical experience in controls and HVAC systems
- Oversee project financials and ensure projects are completed in the scheduled time and closed out properly
- Perform and conduct employee reviews as well as help train staff
- Assign and coordinate field technicians for scheduling
- Experience with BAS architecture and system programming
