- Controls Specialist
- Townson, MD
- Prior experience as a Controls Specialist/Programmer or similar position
- Program custom applications from scratch or prepackaged libraries
- Communicate effectively with technicians and PMs in the field
- Create controls databases from scratch
- Familiar with BAS communication protocols, specifically BACnet, LON, or LonBus
- Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve any issues within systems
- Manage programs from start to finish and ensure they cover all requirements
- Responsible for startups and commissioning on BAS Systems
- Understanding of creating graphics
- Acute knowledge of HVAC systems and their integration within controls
- Founded over 50 years ago
- Clients include Commercial, Multifamily, Restaurants, Assisted Living, Nursing Homes, Churches, Education.
- Mix of New Construction, Retrofit, and Service
