  • Status: Full-Time | On-Site | Project-Based Travel Required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the installation of HVAC controls, BAS hardware, sensors, actuators, and related electrical components
  • Supervise, train, and assign tasks to installation crews following safety and quality standards
  • Oversee material use, labor productivity, and workflow efficiency on active job sites
  • Coordinate with engineers, project managers, inspectors, and clients to resolve field issues
  • Conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks, and site inspections to maintain compliance
  • Document daily site activities, material usage, and crew hours
  • Perform quality assurance checks and confirm system functionality upon installation
  • Submit project updates and maintain documentation for scope changes or field modifications

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience as an Installation Foreman, HVAC Controls Installer, or Senior Controls Technician
  • Strong background in installing BAS equipment, low-voltage wiring, and HVAC control systems
  • Organized, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple installation projects
  • Professional communicator with the ability to lead crews and work closely with clients
  • Comfortable in high-volume construction environments with tight project timelines
