Service Manager (BAS Controls) in Denver, CO.
This leadership role focuses on managing and expanding the BAS service department while supporting
clients across mission-critical, commercial, and institutional facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Direct day-to-day operations of the BAS field service team.
- Coordinate closely with clients, project managers, and internal teams to resolve service needs.
- Create technician schedules and assignments to optimize response times and skill alignment.
- Track service activity, manage dispatch documentation, and oversee reporting workflows.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex or high-priority service issues.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop service technicians to support team growth.
- Implement and refine SOPs to improve efficiency and standardize operations.
- Support BAS startup, functional testing, and commissioning for service-related projects.
- Troubleshoot BAS networks, field controllers, and communication issues.
- Modify and update BAS programming, including wire sheet logic and control strategies.
- Document commissioning activities and validate sequence of operations.
- Train end users on system operation, alarms, trending, and maintenance best practices.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience managing BAS, building automation, or HVAC service teams.
- Strong technical foundation in building automation systems and controls engineering.
- Proficiency in BAS programming, system troubleshooting, integration, and networking.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and customer-facing skills.
- Experience in mission-critical or data center environments is a plus.
