- Controls Technician/Installer

- Prior Experience as a Controls Technicians/Controls Installer
- Working with Johnson, Honeywell, Tridium or Siemens is preferred
- Knowledge of building panels, terminating devices, and wire pulling.
- Experienced with Point-to-Point Check outs/Commissioning
- Well versed within Controls Installation
- Light troubleshooting within programming, rewriting sequences
- Founded in 1989.
- 25 Employees, 5-7 for Controls Team.
- Clients include: Commercial, Government, Hotel Management, Property Management Groups.
- Both Owner Direct and Plan & Spec, Design Build.
- Retrofit is main service.
