- Controls Specialist
- Detroit, MI
- Prior experience as a Controls Specialist/Programmer or similar position
- Program custom applications from scratch or prepackaged libraries
- Responsible for startups and commissioning on BAS Systems
- Create controls databases from scratch
- Familiar with BAS communication protocols, specifically BACnet
- Strong troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills to resolve any issues within systems
- Manage programs from start to finish and ensure they cover all requirements
- Understanding of graphical programs such as Tridium front ends
- Acute knowledge of HVAC systems and their integration within controls
- Founded in over 30 years ago.
- Clients include: Commercial, Higher Education, K-12, Municipals, Automotive, Hospitals
