This position focuses on installing, commissioning, and troubleshooting building automation systems,

Responsibilities:
- Install, commission, and troubleshoot BAS systems and associated equipment.
- Develop BAS databases from scratch and rewrite sequences as needed.
- Conduct commissioning procedures including point-to-point checkout and system verification.
- Support startup, programming, and field termination of controls hardware.
- Optimize existing BAS programs and enhance system performance.
- Apply HVAC knowledge involving boilers, chillers, RTUs, AHUs, VAVs, and related equipment.
- Work with industry-standard communication protocols including BACnet, Modbus, and LON.
- Interpret wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and control circuitry.
- Prepare accurate commissioning documentation and test reports.
- Communicate effectively with building owners, end users, and general contractors.
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 5 years of BAS installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting experience.
- Tridium Niagara experience required.
- Strong foundation in HVAC systems and BAS integration.
- Skilled in programming databases, rewriting logic, and resolving field issues.
- Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, LON, and other communication protocols.
- Strong communication, professionalism, and customer service capability.
