Controls Specialist (BAS / SCADA / EPMS / DCIM) – $85K–$135K + Bonus – Denver, CO – Mission-Critical Infrastructure

About the Opportunity:

A rapidly growing, nationally recognized leader in Data Center and Building Automation technologies is seeking a skilled Controls Specialist with hands-on experience in BAS, SCADA, DCIM, or EPMS platforms. This Denver, CO–based position plays a key role in supporting, optimizing, and maintaining automation and monitoring systems within high-availability, mission-critical environments.

  • Title: Controls Specialist
  • Technical Focus: BAS, SCADA, EPMS, DCIM (all major systems welcomed; Tridium/Niagara experience highly desirable)

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $85,000 – $135,000 (DOE)
  • Bonus: 10%–20% annual performance incentive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain BAS, SCADA, and EPMS platforms in mission-critical environments
  • Integrate and program control systems using BACnet, Modbus, and TCP/IP communication protocols
  • Commission Tridium/Niagara frameworks and other major automation platforms
  • Modify, refine, and optimize control sequences, logic, and system programming
  • Perform point-to-point testing, system verification, and functional performance checks
  • Install DDC controllers, sensors, relays, and related control hardware
  • Calibrate sensors, actuators, and field devices to maintain accurate and reliable system performance
