Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations for the BAS field service team
  • Coordinate service response with clients and internal project managers
  • Assign technicians based on skillset, workload, and service priority
  • Track and update service calls, dispatch schedules, and performance metrics
  • Serve as the main escalation point for complex BAS/BMS service situations
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor new field technicians
  • Implement SOPs to improve response time, workflow, and service quality
  • Support commissioning, startup, and functional testing of BMS systems
  • Troubleshoot controller, network, and sequence-related issues
  • Adjust wire sheet logic, modify programming, and update documentation
  • Verify sequence of operations and maintain commissioning records
  • Provide customer training on BAS functionality, usage, and maintenance best practices
