- Title: BAS Project Engineer
- Schedule: Hybrid (2 Days in Office / 3 Days Remote)
- Compensation: $95,000 – $120,000 Base + Bonus Incentives
- Locations: Jessup, MD | Richmond, VA | Norfolk, VA | Pittsburgh, PA

Key Responsibilities
- Design and program DDC/BAS control systems supporting HVAC and energy management applications
- Develop sequences of operation, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation for project implementation
- Review vendor submittals and verify engineered bills of material for accuracy
- Prepare installation packages, submittal documentation, and final as-built drawings
- Assist with commissioning, graphics development, and end-user system training
- Provide technical leadership to internal project teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders
- Manage multiple active projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality requirements are met
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Building Automation and/or HVAC control systems
- Proficiency with DDC, PLC, or similar programming environments
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or related engineering tools
- Strong documentation, communication, and organizational capabilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
