	- Controls Account Manager/Business Development – DDC/Building Automation

	- Retrofit, Service, and New Construction
 
	- Clientele: K-12 Schools, Hospitals, and Class A Buildings.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:          
	- Develop new business and account manage new and existing customers 
 
	- Mix of Project Sales & Service Sales: Retrofit Work, Pneumatic Upgrades, Parts, Maintenance Agreements, etc. 
 
	- Routinely visit customers while identifying sales opportunities and mushrooming out existing accounts
 
	- Controls Estimating - ability to estimate controls jobs. Larger/complex projects may be estimated by the company’s Controls Estimator
 
	- BAS Controls – has an excellent high-level view of BAS Controls 
 
	- Have a thorough understanding of the company’s offerings
 
	- Work alongside another Account Manager for the Reno, NV market
 
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
	- Extensive BAS Controls knowledge and holistic vision of the BAS Controls industry
 
	- Understanding of the sales process within the DDC/Building Automation industry 
 
	- PLUS - Ability to be technical when needed
