- Work: 50% Owner/Direct and 50% Plan-&-Spec
- Retrofit and Service Work
- Point to Point Check-Out/Commissioning
- Controls installation, retrofit, and DDC programming (Block-based or Script-based)
- Reconfiguration, sequence modification and occasional rewriting
- Experienced with Third-Party integration (BACnet, Modbus, LON, etc.)
- Perform Preventative Maintenance Services
- Ability to work on a team and independently/lead some projects
- Work with subcontractors/delegate work
- Produce graphics and various custom views
- Configuration of control systems and integration into various control product lines
- Integrate systems of various controlled points to local & national software
- Troubleshoot BAS Controls
