BAS Controls Tech/Specialist - Detroit, MI

This individual would assist with BAS integration of the company's Large/Small equipment installation.

POSITION:                     

• BAS Controls Tech/Specialist (70% Office and 30% Field)

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Writing Control Programs and graphics for air units. 
• Making modifications to existing programs. 
• Creating Sequence of Operations. Would like someone who ultimately can make the control units talk to one another. 
• In office working on existing programs as well as helping customers via phone with troubleshooting. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:    

• 70% working in the office, 30% helping controls techs in the fields      
• Work with site’s Project Manager and other site Technicians 
• Create BAS Applications following S.O.P.s and drawings/schematics
• Sequence Development/Rewriting
• Database development/uploading
• Configuration of control systems
• Working with modern and legacy control systems
