Position Details:

  • Title: Controls Programmer
  • Salary: $105,000 (DOE)
  • Bonus: 7.5% Profit Sharing (eligible immediately)
  • Work Type: In-Office with Occasional Field Support
  • Remote: Not offered initially; may be considered for highly qualified candidates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program BAS applications using both custom code and standard libraries
  • Design automation system layouts and prepare submittal packages
  • Integrate and program controls for third-party BAS platforms
  • Develop, adjust, and maintain software for new and existing systems
  • Interpret mechanical drawings, control diagrams, and sequences of operation
  • Create and update BAS front-end graphics
  • Test, calibrate, and verify inputs/outputs
  • Install and troubleshoot networked workstations and controls equipment
  • Provide both remote and on-site technical support
  • Train end users on system operation and navigation
