Responsibilities:
- Identify new opportunities and develop BAS solutions to meet client goals.
- Conduct site assessments and evaluate facility performance needs.
- Develop scopes of work aligned with ROI, budget, and performance metrics.
- Present proposals, value analysis, and strategies to executive-level stakeholders.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiations and closing.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet annual quota targets.
- Collaborate with internal engineering, operations, and delivery teams on project execution.
- Build, strengthen, and sustain long-term client and partner relationships.
Ideal Candidate:
- Demonstrated success in BAS, HVAC, or energy solutions sales.
- Solid understanding of building automation systems and integration fundamentals.
- Strong track record of achieving or surpassing sales goals.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience selling into mission-critical or data center environments is beneficial.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
