A well-established Building Automation & HVAC Controls organization is seeking a skilled
BAS Controls Technician to support commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities
throughout the greater Tulsa area. This role focuses on hands-on DDC installation, service,
troubleshooting, and commissioning for a wide range of HVAC and energy management systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and service BAS/DDC controllers, sensors, and associated HVAC control devices
- Perform start-up, functional testing, point-to-point verification, and system commissioning
- Diagnose and resolve controls-related issues, including programming errors, device faults, and communication failures
- Modify and update system graphics, databases, schedules, and alarms
- Install and terminate low-voltage control wiring, conduit, and field devices
- Collaborate with mechanical contractors, facility managers, and engineering teams during project execution
- Document system adjustments, testing results, and service activities
Ideal Candidate
- 2–5+ years of experience with BAS, DDC, or commercial HVAC controls
- Hands-on background with platforms such as Tridium, Johnson Controls, Siemens, Honeywell, or Distech
- Strong understanding of HVAC fundamentals, control sequences, and system integration
- Experience with BACnet, Modbus, or LonWorks communication protocols
- Ability to read electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, submittals, and sequences of operation
- Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer interaction abilities
