A well-established Data Center and Building Automation contractor is seeking a driven BAS Controls Sales professional in Denver, CO. This role focuses on cultivating new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and delivering customized BAS and data center technology solutions. Position Details:

  • Title: BAS Controls Sales
  • Location: Denver, CO
  • Compensation: $125K–$380K OTE (Base + Commission)

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and position building automation solutions for new and existing customers.
  • Conduct site assessments and evaluate facility performance needs.
  • Create solution scopes and proposals aligned with ROI goals and client requirements.
  • Present strategies, energy-savings solutions, and proposals to key decision-makers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead development to contract negotiation and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain a proactive sales pipeline to meet annual revenue targets.
  • Work with engineering, operations, and project teams to structure deals and support delivery.
  • Develop long-term client partnerships and maintain strong communication throughout the lifecycle.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Successful track record in BAS, HVAC, energy management, or MEP-related sales.
  • Solid understanding of building automation systems, data centers, or mechanical systems.
  • Ability to develop ROI-based proposals and present to executives or facility leadership.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and experienced with CRM platforms.
