BAS Project Manager – Houston, TX – Up to $125,000 | Leading Full-Service HVAC & Controls Contractor

About the Opportunity:

A well-established HVAC and building automation contractor is seeking an experienced BAS Project Manager to support and expand their controls operations in the Houston metro region. This role is ideal for a detail-driven project leader with strong BAS knowledge who can manage complex construction and retrofit projects from initial planning through closeout.

Location:

  • Houston, TX
  • Travel: Project sites throughout the greater Houston area

Position Details:

  • Title: BAS Project Manager
  • Salary: $100,000 – $125,000 (DOE)
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Remote: Not available (On-site role)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage BAS projects from kickoff through final completion
  • Review drawings, project specifications, and control submittals
  • Prepare estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
  • Control project budgets, schedules, and manpower allocation
  • Generate, track, and process change orders when required
  • Provide forecasting, cost tracking, and financial reporting
  • Lead project meetings, jobsite walk-throughs, and safety reviews
  • Coordinate with internal departments for seamless project delivery
  • Maintain accurate documentation for cost, materials, RFIs, and labor utilization
