Position Details:

Ideal Candidate:
- Experience working as a Controls Technician, BAS Service Tech, or similar role
- Proficient in troubleshooting and maintaining BAS equipment
- Hands-on knowledge of Tridium programming and updating sequences
- Capable of installing, wiring, and testing building automation components
- Strong understanding of commissioning, point-to-point verification, and system checkout
- Clear communicator with building owners, end users, and general contractors
- Organized, team-focused, and detail-oriented
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, diagnose, and repair building automation and HVAC control systems
- Assist with programming tasks on Tridium Niagara platforms
- Install and test system hardware, controllers, and field devices
- Support system startup, equipment termination, and field integration
- Perform software updates, diagnostics, and corrective repairs on BAS installations
- Collaborate with internal installation, service, and engineering teams
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: Up to $115,000 annually (DOE)
