Ideal Candidate:
- Background as a Project Manager in the BAS, controls, or mechanical industries
- Technical understanding of BAS system layouts, installation methods, and commissioning workflows
- Experienced in managing scopes of work, budgets, and deadlines for active projects
- Strong communicator capable of coordinating subcontractors, field staff, and project stakeholders
- Knowledgeable in site supervision, procurement, and vendor management
- Skilled in documentation processes including RFIs, submittals, and close-out packages
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple building automation projects from field kickoff through completion
- Coordinate project schedules, labor resources, and day-to-day field operations
- Procure equipment and materials, process change orders, and track deliveries
- Conduct regular site visits to validate progress, quality, and safety standards
- Prepare submittals, RFIs, and final project documentation
- Collaborate with internal departments during planning, execution, and review phases
- Ensure all project work aligns with design intent, contract requirements, and technical scope
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: Up to $100,000 (Hourly, Based on Experience)
