POSITION:
Regional Sales/Solutions Manager of IoT-Enterprise Projects
REMOTE position w/ 25-50% Travel
**would prefer this person to live near Seattle, WA or Portland, OR (or at least near an airport)
MARKET:
Pacific North - (Seattle or Portland) – focus on Integrated Building Systems
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cultivate relationships at reputable design firms/consulting engineers
Pitch the various IoT and Building System Integration offerings and may be able to influence if possible
Develop and offer large-scale/conceptual solutions like a Solutions Architect
Learn about high-performance projects before they are announced (projects can be on buildings from Hospitals, Stadiums, Universities, Hotels, Class-A Buildings, etc)
Hand-off matured opportunities to the estimating and direct-sales teams
Liaison between external partners and internal members
Pre-Sales - plan and develop projects from the technical layout to implementation
Support various sales channels in specific region
Act as a strong proponent of IoT (Internet of Things) integration
Execute various strategies of large scale IoT building integration projects
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Strong understanding the Building Automation industry and understanding of Mechanical systems
Well-rounded candidate/multifaceted in the BAS industry and abilities
