- BAS Controls Technician
- Manhattan, New York
- Prior Experience as a Controls Technician or similar position
- Knowledge of controls programming and experience rewriting sequences
- Communicate efficiently with building owners as well as end users, and general contractors
- Experience in installing and testing building automation systems
- Strong understanding of commissioning protocols and point to point check outs
- Well versed in troubleshooting controls BAS systems
- Work closely with controls installations and start up/termination of equipment and programs
- Troubleshoot and manipulate BAS programs
- Founded over 15 years ago
